Five Springs cocktails

Enhance your favorite cocktail or mix up your own. Let our flavors be your guide. Here are a few of our favorite recipes.

Paper Plane

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Honey Sage Five Springs
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Vanilla Maple Five Springs
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • Coffee bean garnish

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice vigorously (to ensure a nice foam). Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blood Orange Five Springs
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Directions

Add bourbon and bitters to a rocks glass and fill with ice cubes. Stir well.

Kentucky Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Five Springs Honey Sage
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • Lime wedge

Directions

Fill a mule mug or highball glass with ice. Add bourbon and top with ginger beer and lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blood Orange Five Springs
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • Orange twist

Directions

Stir the bourbon and vermouth with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Honey Sage Five Springs
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 5 oz hot water
  • Lemon twist, cloves

Directions

In a mug, combine the whiskey and lemon juice. Top with hot water and stir until the honey is dissolved. Garnish with a lemon twist and cloves.

Bourbon Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Five Springs Blood Orange
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • Club soda

Directions

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add bourbon, aperol, and lemon juice and stir. Top with club soda and a citrus slice to garnish.

Mudslide

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vanilla Maple Five Springs
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur

Directions

In a shaker, combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream. Add ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice or a chilled martini glass.

Maple Bourbon Smash

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vanilla Maple Five Springs
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2-4 mint leaves

Directions

Muddle the mint leaves with one bar spoon of water at the bottom of a shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice. Shake, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a few mint leaves and a lemon twist.
